1. Digital Products

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase

  • No refunds will be provided after the 3-day period

2. Physical Products

For all physical products offered by Srinix Technology:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer

3. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Services that have already been rendered
